It surely sounds different. But we have to consider the fact that last 80 years have reported increased number of Breast cancer cases in view of increased usage of Bras.
Following points need our attention:
1. There is an increased temperature around the breast due to regular usage of bras.
2. The blood circulation is restricted. It affects the draining of toxins and lymph flow in the breast.( The American Cancer Society suggests that you exercise for 45 to 60 minutes 5 or more days a week. Exercise improve blood circulation)
3. Bras do not prevent sagging. It makes sagging worst. Ligaments which support the breast get weaker due to regular usage of bras. Without bras, the ligaments get strong enough to become perkier – naturally.
4. Thin straps of the bras are the basic reasons to cause back and shoulder pain. Bra-free can make out the improvement.
5. Large breasted women may experience less pain in the breast if they go without bras for a period of time.
Going ‘Bra free’ could be like reclaiming your right to feel the best and healthiest for your body since you have the right to dress and groom your bodies – most comfortable.
