Sensuous lips - How to maintain?

Who can forget soft kissable lips. It is nothing less than a delicacy when it is your beloved’s lips. You do find heaven in it but surely not when it is hard and dry lips.

Let us take down some easy tips to keep it soft and pink:

1. Add few drops of rose water in 20 ml fresh milk cream and apply on the lips. Wipe it off after 15 minutes with a cotton wool dipped in milk.

2. Take a teaspoon of white butter (Salt free). Grind few rose petals and add to the butter. Apply it on your lips. There is no need to wipe it off. Experience beautiful soft and pink lips.

3. For chipped lips, you may apply little butter on the navel at the time of going to your bed at night. Continue it for few days. You will find your lips very soft.

4. Balanced diet and lots of water will keep your body and lips hydrated. Fresh fruits, salad and soup will help in maintaining softness of your lips.

One must be very careful in her selection of Lipsticks and liners. The cosmetics must be branded, manufactured by reputed companies. Do not compromise with the quality of the cosmetics. It may harm your face and lips. The Lipstick and lip-gloss should be removed before going to the bed with cotton ball dipped in milk. Lipstick left on lips for longer period make the lips hard and rough.

Care must be taken that the lips are not chewed. The delicate skin on the chapped lips should be pulled out.

Stay healthy at 103

103-year old Marge Jetton stays healthy with daily exercise. Her daily routine is to ride bicycle (stationary) for 15 minutes followed by her dumbbell workout. This has helped her to keep her active and strong.

After loosing her husband at 77th year of her marriage, once she found herself alone but soon she gathered courage and joined volunteer organizations to keep her busy. One can easily imagine about her health as at 103-years, she is associated with 7 volunteer organizations.

It is interesting to note that other natives of her town are also keeping very good health since most of them eat well, exercise and volunteer. It is noteworthy that most of them are very religious. That adds quality years to their life.

Most of them are vegans. There is no meat and dairy in their diets. They relish on locally grown beans and nuts. It surely contributes to their health.

Island of Okinawa in Japan is another area which boasts of healthy and long living people. Okinawans live longer than Americans by seven years. Heart attacks and cancer cases are quite rare. They believe in lifelong friends as it helps in reducing the stress. Daily exercise and gardening are some of the preferred ways for 84-years old persons.

Their diets are made of tofu, vegetables and fish. They strongly believe in 80 percent full.
